You will find a generous spread of free weights, from dumbbells starting at two kilograms right through to competition-grade Olympic bars and bumper plates. Prefer machines? We have a full selection of pin-loaded and plate-loaded stations covering every major muscle group, ideal for isolating weak points or training around an injury.

For those who like functional training, our conditioning rigs offer pull-up bars, dip stations, battle ropes and sled tracks. Combine them into supersets, circuits or stand-alone sessions — the setup is purposefully flexible so you can train however you like.

Need a plan? Our coaching team can build you a periodised program that progresses logically across weeks and months, managing volume, intensity and recovery so you keep making gains without burning out. It is the difference between working hard and working smart.
