At Hungardia, operated by Jetts Fitness Pty Ltd (ACN 123 921 3260), we want you to feel confident about every purchase and commitment you make with us. This policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled across our memberships, training packages, and retail products.


Membership Cooling-Off Period

New members are entitled to a cooling-off period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of sign-up. If you change your mind within this window, you may cancel your membership and receive a full refund of any fees paid, minus a reasonable administrative charge of $25. To exercise this right, notify us in writing via email at privacy@hungardia.com before the cooling-off period expires.

Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships operate on a recurring billing cycle. If you cancel after the cooling-off period, your membership remains active until the end of the current paid period. No partial or pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle that has already been charged.

Prepaid and Annual Plans

If you have paid for a membership in advance (quarterly, biannual, or annual), you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your membership, provided:

  • You submit your cancellation request in writing.
  • An early termination fee of $50 is deducted from the refund amount.
  • The refund is calculated based on complete unused weeks remaining in the plan.

Refunds for prepaid plans are processed within 14 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you are unable to use your membership due to a serious medical condition, relocation (more than 30 km from the nearest Hungardia facility), or other extraordinary circumstances, you may apply for a discretionary refund. Supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate or proof of new address, will be required. These requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Personal Training and Coaching Packages

Purchased sessions within personal training or coaching packages must be used within six (6) months of the purchase date. Unused sessions are non-refundable after this period. If you wish to cancel a package before all sessions are used:

  • Completed sessions are charged at the casual single-session rate.
  • The difference between the package price and the total casual rate for completed sessions is refunded.
  • If the casual rate for completed sessions exceeds the package price, no refund is owed.

Individual booked sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, are marked as used and are non-refundable.


Merchandise and Retail Products

Physical products purchased through our website or at our facilities may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused condition with tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Supplements, food items, and beverages.
  • Personalised or custom-printed apparel.
  • Intimate wear such as swimwear and undergarments (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards and vouchers.

Eligible returns can be exchanged for a different size or colour, or refunded to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


How Refunds Are Processed

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. Direct debit refunds may take up to 14 business days. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
